Welcome to SYG Since You’re Going. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Since You’re Going mobile application, website, and related services. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
Since You’re Going is a peer-to-peer delivery and travel-based logistics marketplace that connects users who need to send packages with independent travelers or couriers already heading toward a requested destination. The Platform facilitates communication, booking coordination, payment handling, tracking, and delivery verification between users. SYG does not operate as a shipping company, logistics carrier, courier agency, customs broker, or transportation provider and does not physically transport goods.
To use the Platform, users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their login credentials. SYG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
Couriers or travelers may be required to complete identity verification procedures, including submission of government-issued identification, travel details, or vehicle information. Verification does not guarantee the conduct, reliability, or suitability of any user.
Users are strictly prohibited from posting, transporting, requesting, or delivering illegal, dangerous, or restricted items through the Platform. This includes narcotics, weapons, explosives, counterfeit goods, stolen property, restricted pharmaceuticals, hazardous materials, and any items prohibited by law. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
The Platform allows users to create delivery requests, submit delivery offers, negotiate pricing, and coordinate transportation arrangements directly with one another. SYG acts solely as a technology platform facilitating these interactions and does not guarantee delivery completion, timing, or courier availability.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. SYG may temporarily hold payments in escrow until delivery confirmation requirements have been fulfilled. Applicable service charges, commissions, cancellation fees, and transaction charges may be deducted before payouts are released.
To help verify successful deliveries, the Platform may use One-Time Password (OTP) confirmation systems. Delivery may require the receiver to provide a secure verification code before completion can be confirmed.
Users agree to use the Platform respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, fee circumvention, malware distribution, or use of the Platform for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.
The Platform may include ratings, reviews, and feedback systems. Users agree that all reviews must be honest, lawful, and non-defamatory. SYG reserves the right to moderate or remove content that violates Platform policies.
Users acknowledge that peer-to-peer delivery services involve inherent risks. SYG does not guarantee the condition, legality, safety, or successful transportation of items facilitated through the Platform. Users assume all risks associated with sending, transporting, or receiving items.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SYG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. This includes loss of profits, failed deliveries, disputes, theft, delays, or unauthorized access to accounts.
All Platform content including software, branding, logos, graphics, design elements, and functionality are the intellectual property of SYG or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Use of the Platform is also governed by the SYG Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, users consent to the collection, processing, and storage of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
SYG may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways, analytics providers, authentication systems, mapping services, and cloud infrastructure providers. SYG is not responsible for third-party policies or operations.
SYG reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for legal, operational, security, or compliance reasons.
